General Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of working with Property Management companies as well as single family homes. As a General Maintenance Technician you will perform tasks of great variety such as performing maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, mill work and minor rehabs to ensure homes are move in ready.

Requirements

2+ years experiences as a General Maintenance Technician (Handyman)
Owning basic hand & cordless tools as well as a smart phone.
Vehicle and phone reimbursement provided.
Vehicle that can carry basic job supplies as needed. (ex. drywall, base boards, and paint).
Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative on multiple tasks
Read and interpret manuals, schematics, plans and specifications related to duties

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance general repairs.
Basic plumbing repair.
Paint.
Undertake light installation of equipment or carpentry.
Repair equipment or appliances.
Assist tradespeople on our team with electrical, plumbing or basic HVAC repairs.
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
Identify and report the need for major repairs.

Monday- Friday 7 AM - 6 PM
